It's finally here! Been itching to acquire a walkabout lens ever since I got one for ze wife a couple of months ago to replace her Fujifilm XC 15-45mm f/3.5-5.6 OIS PZ kit lens. Initially, I was gonna go with the same lens as hers, a used Fujifilm XF 18-55mm f/2.8-4 R LM OIS one from eBay. To my surprise, I saw a bunch of Fujifilm lenses on sale last week from official authorized dealers like B&H, Adorama, Amazon, Best Buy, etc. One of the lenses on sale was the newly-released Fujifilm XF 16-50mm f/2.8-4.8 R LM WR with a huge $200 discount.
I ended up ordering one through Macys.com from Focus Camera to avail of the 8% cashback! Delivery took longer than expected because they sent it using USPS Ground Advantage instead of the faster 2-3 days service. :/
I can't wait to take this one for a spin!

The only NFL game I look forward to watching live in this city every season. I love how Thursday Night Football this year between my San Francisco 49ers and ze wife's Seattle Seahawks was earlier than the usual freezing December schedule! (It was on Thanksgiving Day last year.)

I gotta stop going on reddit and believing every single comment about a certain restaurant being "the best" in the state. Went to Wilkeson after the M's game today, which is about 1 hour southeast of Seattle, to try The Carlson Block. This spot supposedly serves the best wood-fired pizza in Washington.
