Still recovering from my surgery less than 2 weeks ago, we made our way to Queen Anne to try this chicken joint called Sisters and Brothers. They serve Southern-inspired friend chicken and sides with al fresco dining.

After not hitting anything for 141 days, I got an email from BAIT congratulating me on winning the raffle for the Nike Dunk High "FRAGMENT," my 3rd hit in 16 days. I was behind the wheel in Portland driving back up to Seattle when I got the notification. I was so surprised and bewildered by my new found sneaker luck that I failed to test it by turning around and buying a lotto ticket, lol.

Wifey and I were in Astoria, OR last Wednesday when she randomly started talking about the Air Jordan 3 A Ma Maniére 5 minutes away from our destination. I didn't know she was granted Early Access to the shoes on SNKRS up until I pulled my phone out when we got to Astoria Coffee House & Bistro. (I use both our accounts every time to raise my batting average of .000) To my surprise, there were still good sizes available and got the shock of my sneaker life when I saw "Got 'Em" within seconds of checking out. ⁣⁣ ⁣⁣

So yeah, it was my first SNKRS hit EVER and it was an Early Access! I'd be surprised if I get lucky again this year. 😂 ⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ #AMaManiere #NikeTalk ⁣⁣

141 days since my last hit. It's crazy how difficult it has been to buy something I am willing to pay for at retail. How did it get to this point? Are old school sneakerheads partly to blame? Am I? Nevertheless, I'm glad stores like UNDFTD are out there making it a tad bit easier for you and me to secure some highly coveted pairs.

Picked up the adidas Busenitz Vulc II (left) for only $31.74 HERE then I saw the much nicer adidas Busenitz Vintage (right) for only $55.09 HERE. Definitely keeping the one on the right. Might sell the one on the left or give them as a gift.
