Spring doesn't officially start until next week but that's not gonna stop Seattle folks from enjoying a clear day. What's on the agenda? Grab a blanket along with some to-go food and head to the nearest park.

Capitol Hill hits. 

Visiting the good peeps at Bait Seattle. 

 If there's one thing that I don't like about moving from Lynnwood to Seattle it's gotta be the lack of good food spots near our apartment. Don't get me wrong, Northwest Seattle has A LOT of really good restaurants but they are scattered all over the area. In Lynnwood, all we had to do was go to 2 or 3 places and everything was there. 

We got Jack-in-the-Box, Taco Bell and Fu Shen within walking distance. That's it. (Not that I'd walk around this neighborhood 💀 )

So imagine how stoked I was when I saw this corner lot that used to be a second hand car dealership turn into a taco food truck. (Slush is gross btw.)

 I've been wearing Converse CTAS Hikers since 2012 but ever since moving to Seattle, I've had this obsession of acquiring every deadstock size 10 pair I can find online (which is almost as difficult as getting a SNKRS W). They are the best sneaker boot to wear when battling rainy Seattle days! 

My newest find? This waxed canvas pair I scored from Poshmark, brand new with original box and tag. Surprised the seller accepted my lowball offer of $35. 

Gonna switch the laces to hiking laces and they should be good to go.
