When news leaked that local airlines had removed fuel surcharges because of low gasoline prices, I knew it was going to be hard to look for another online deal. I said to myself, "These f*ckers will just raise their base prices." For about a month and a half I was correct. Most "deals" had base prices of over 200% compared to rates last year. Then I saw a new online promo by Cebu Pacific and scored this Manila-Narita-Manila deal. It took me a couple of hours to find dates with both deals to and from Tokyo but it was all worth it. Lucky? You betcha!

I can't even express how stoked I am that my city finally has a spot that opens early for major international sporting events like the NFL Super Bowl. It's been a while since I last went on a charcoal run so when my dearest mother asked if I could drive her to Subic, I said yes with the quickness. Who doesn't love a quick getaway? After a 2.5 hour drive, we finally arrived at our destination.
