I am proud to be a *Jamaican.
If you missed it earlier Jamaica and Puma's Usain Bolt smoked his opponents in the 100-meter dash and broke the Olympic record with a blazing time of 9.63 seconds to take the gold medal. This contest has been my Olympic favorite growing up. I still remember when Ben Johnson won (then later stripped of his medal) in 1988. I dragged my brother outside with a timer and tried to emulate him. I think I clocked in at 30 seconds midway and just gave up, lol. The speed these athletes go never ceases to amaze me.
Today was no different.
How can you be 6'5" tall and run this fast?
