No photos today but I offer you this

I didn't stay long as I had to go to the airport to pick up my cousin Julie. I was 15 minutes late because the traffic was so damn heavy on Andrews Avenue. By the time I got to the Island Transvoyager gate, Julie was already out sitting on her suitcase with her headphones on.

We headed to High St. for a quick dinner at Abe. I ate ampalaya for the first time in more than two decades. Let's just say it's gonna take another two decades before I try it again. Bleck!

Went home to nap for a bit, woke up around 11pm, got ready and drove to Encore to catch DJ Skratchmark's set at 12:30am. We didn't stay long as Julie was scheduled to meet with a vinyl collector first thing Sunday morning.

It was funny how my cousin and I just stood inside the club and observed people for 30 minutes then left with the quickness. We enjoyed Mark's music and all but we both agreed that staying until the wee hours of the morning was not our thing anymore.

Really though, we past that.

IT FINALLY RAINED IN QUEZON CITY!

Woo hoo!

Time to celebrate and find stuff to do outside the city. Ha ha.

I wanted some Indian and this was the first joint I saw. The food was decent to say the least. Maybe I should take up Sunil on his offer?

Today was Chili's Big Mouth Burger Day and I joined the thousands who trooped to the nearest branch to get my hands on a fat and juicy burger for only 118 pesos. The initial plan was to go 30 minutes before it opened but since I only had 1 hour of sleep and did 3 loads of laundry, I was knocked out after hanging my clothes (line dry FTW). I got up around 3pm and saw a text message from a friend who invited me to dinner at Chili's Greenbelt. I said no as it didn't make sense for me to drive all the way there just for a burger since there was one in Quezon City.

I had no date for the night because one dude had diarrhea (what up Paolo! Ha ha) and the rest were M.I.A.

Swung by my favorite skate shop to pick something up for Louis. Expect a delivery by Friday man!
