Before my first gangster letter (Gmail), my first viral (youtube), my first poke (facebook) and my first mention (twitter), there was this online forum called niketalk.com. 2 billion hits and 12 years later, it's still "The Ultimate Online Sneaker Community." The best part about it? The site continues donate to charitable institutions worldwide raising $20,000 for the Japan quake victims and $5,000 for famine-stricken East Africa. Last year's anniversary celebration was fun but this year will be more special. So whether you're a member, lurker or an NBA player (season doesn't start til Christmas), let's all come together and celebrate this momentous occasion.
